新年度が始まりました！

みなさんいかがお過ごしでしょうか？
僕のほうは、怒涛の春休みが終わりほっと一息!?という感じです。
以前お伝えしましたけど、春休みのスケジュールは、U-１７日本代表の監督としてサニックス杯、沖縄高校招待に参加、広島に帰ってきてからはサンフレッチェ主催の吉田町サッカーフェスティバル(ユース)に参加していました。
特に監督として臨んだ大会は自分自身にとっていい経験になりました。
結果はサニックス杯が５位、沖縄高校招待が２位となってしましましたが、選手は、ハードな日程の中、一つ年上の年代相手に１００％の力で戦っていました。できれば、どちらの大会も優勝して結果をもたらすことで、選手に成功体験による自信をつけさせ、達成感を味わわせてあげたかったけど、残念ながら勝たせてあげることができませんでした。
ただし、海外のチーム、国内の強豪高校、クラブを相手に間違いなく選手は将来のステップアップにつながるいい経験ができたと思います。
今回一緒に戦ってくれた彼らの今後の成長が楽しみです。
僕自身も、全国から集まった実績のある監督と交流させていただき本当に刺激になりました。
そして何より、どのチームも日本代表だけには勝ってやろうという戦いの真剣勝負は今後の活動において刺激になりました。やっぱり、ピッチでの戦いはいいぞーって感じですね。
最後に新年度が始まりましたが（森保家では次男坊がぶかぶかの制服を着て中学校に通い始めました）、元気に頑張っていきましょう！

VERY insightful, Scott. My team and I are still working on the “perfect” email pitch and this will help us a lot. When you are doing outreach email, are you reaching out as yourself or are you reaching out as an alias from the client’s domain? I have found some success with both, but nothing conclusive. Thanks for posting!

A well written post, I simply given this onto a colleague who was doing a trifle analysis on that. And he in fact purchased me breakfast because I discovered it for him .. so let me reword that: Thankx for the treat! however yeah Thnx for spending the time to talk about this, I feel strongly regarding it and luxuriate in reading more on this subject. If possible, as you become experience, would you mind updating your blog with a lot of info? it is extremely helpful on behalf of me. 2 thumb up for this blog!

Good post. I study something more difficult on completely different blogs everyday. It's going to all the time be stimulating to read content from different writers and practice a little bit one thing from their store. I’d favor to use some with the content on my blog whether or not you don’t mind. Natually I’ll provide you with a link on your web blog. Thanks for sharing.
